10 SOLUTIONS TO GET RID OF ALL PROBLEMS WHICH TEENAGERS FACE.
SOLUTIONS TO ALL THE PROBLEMS OF TEENAGERS.
The heading could have been different. But it was okay. We went for it. We wanted to write about something that can help teenagers who cope with the daily challenges in their everyday mundane lives. Life is grand. We know it. Every moment is a miracle. We know it is true. But many people don't. Especially, the teenagers. Here is an article dedicated to those youngsters who are just starting out, who are just experiencing what they say "mid-life crisis". This is for you, guys. This is for you who are fresh, confused and fertile and with a lot of promise. With a lot of life within. Ok. Will stop my rambling here. Lol. Here it goes.
1) Listen to music:
I don't understand people who don't listen to music. I mean. Are you okay? No. Seriously. If you don't listen to music or songs, then there is something seriously wrong with you. Plato said,"Music is the highest philosophy." Beethoven said,"Music is a higher philosophy than arts or literature or, I don't know, I lost that word." What was that? Shit! This is crazy. It slipped my memory. You can check out the quote on the Internet, though. Well, my point is, there are many wonderful singers out there who have expressed so beautifully about life and all its positives and negatives. For example, Jim Morrison, Duke Ellington, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Louis Armstrong, Norah Jones, Tina Turner, Ellie Goulding, Frank Sinatra, Miles Davis, Jimi Handrix, Michael Jakcson, Gulzar, Sahir Ludhianvi, Amitabh Bhattacharya(We are not missing the B- gems). And The Beatles. Oh My God! The Beatles is the greatest band of all time. Those guys surely know what life is. Why don't you start with Beatles? Huh? Trust me. Music can change your life. And as I had read somewhere on Twitter, " Music can change one's perception of life". So true! And hey! Wait. I had read something else too(I love using Twitter. Bear with me, please). I had read that music is one of the few activities in which we use use our entire mind. We use both the parts of our brain. An amazing fact!2) READ BOOKS:
Books mean a lot to me. I love books so much it hurts. Words fail when it comes to expressing my love for books. And trust me. It seems completely ridiculous and stupid to talk about something which is so important to me that I can't even put it into words. But still I am in. Not advertising your love feels like a betrayal, sometimes. See, guys. Here is what I have to say. There have been many wonderful and inspiring people in history who can change your lives if you just turn over the pags of history. Libraries are treasure houses. Read what the finest minds who have ever walked this planet, have said about different aspects of life. Read books. Books enhance your knowledge. Books mould your personality. Books can make you sophisticated and refined. Books hone your communication skills. Books can help you visit different cultures, different places, different countries, different lives without even moving your feet. Remember. Books have all the solutions to all the problems you have ever encountered and all that you will. And look. Many people make excuses when it comes to reading. Actually, no one is too busy. It's only a matter of priorities. " If you don't like to read, you haven't found the right book yet," said J.K. Rowling. People who don't read lag behind. People who don't read are the people who lack imagination. So, gird up your loin and explore the world of wonders and beauty. Someone said a long time ago, "As long as you live, learn how to live."
3) Talk To Strangers:
There is nothing more wonderful and exciting than getting out of your comfort zone. People like to cling to their egos, to their safe routines, to their securities. But as a matter of fact, it is risky when you don't take any risk. As they say,the greatest risk you can ever take is not taking any risk. That is so true. And hey! You just have to talk to strangers. Just get the hell out of your way and take a break for a while. Just go somewhere. A book stall. A cafe. A public place. Anything. Any place. Just head out towards a place where you can be without phones, tablets, familiar faces and all the distractions. See what it is like to live through someone else's skin. Try to get behind their eyeballs. Put yourself into their shoes. Trust me. Your problems will seem petty. Yes. They will. All you need to do is try this thing some day.
4) Watch movies:
I have two things to say : a) Movies are just like books.
b) Jack London(one of my favourite writers) said," Inspiration doesn't come to you, you have to go after it with a club."
5) Learn How To Unplug:
You are stupid and dumb and full of shit if you
: A) are constantly tapping away at your phone, just sitting around, checking messages or notifications.
B) are so busy in your phone that your head hurts and you sleep with it on your bed and you ignore many things that are more important to you than staring down at your phone all day.
C) are phubbing(phone snubbing)people. Phubbing is a new term scientists have come up with. It means ignoring someone or your partners by looking at your phone or pretending to busy with that little toy. Now, you know what I am talking about
D) are not striving for Digital Nirvana. Yes! Forget Buddha. We modern people are faced with this big challenge of creating a balance between phones and our personal lives. Try to disconnect for a while. Just go somewhere. Relax a little. Live a little. The virtual world weakens the brains of people. Yes. It does. Learn to go away from it for a while. And oh, my dear! How relaxing it is! How soothing! How fresh!
6) Do What You Love :
Breaking news. You will die tomorrow. You won't live another day. This is your last day of life. This is the day you will breathe your last. Why don't you try using these words every once in a while? Connecting to your mortality will unleash the wisdom and pith you might have never imagined before. Besides, it so much fun living out your life, doing things that excite your spirit.
7) Fall in love a million times:
They are stupid who talk about love as once in a lifetime experience. It's all crap. They haven't seen it all, man. Love is the most beautiful thing there is. Try to grab it whenever you get the chance. Love is an emotion extraordinaire. Love is...Oh, man! Love is love. Words fail. And cut the crap. Lemme tell ya. Life doesn't give you a second chance. Life gives you a million chances.
8) When you fall seven times, stand up eight. That is a Japanese saying. Think over it.
9) When Life gives you a lemon, make lemonade.
10) Nothing:
Just a simple reminder for you. Everything will be okay in the end. If it is not okay, it is not the end.
